Just like you, I have lived through change. And loss...loss of a job, a relationship, a loved one.
In 2017, I was crushed when I lost my younger brother, my only sibling, to cancer.
As I watched the cancer overtake him, I knew that his death would be devastating; however, I was unprepared for the ripple effect of that loss through all aspects of my life.
Over time and with the help of a grief therapist, I learned to validate my loss, my grief, and my feelings.
But I still had to navigate change. I still had to find the tools required to pick myself up where I was and to move forward through grief and through change, to a place where I could experience joy again.
What I found was that my years of change management in a corporate setting and the tools and strategies I employed for companies and clients could be applied to personal change. Utilizing these strategies, I was able to not only navigate change, but to grow through it.
Grief over the loss of my brother will never end. That said, I can honor him and his memory by applying what I have learned from my experience of loss and crafting a life of purpose and joy.
My mission is to help others navigate change and loss by educating others to apply change management techniques to their own lives, opening the door to a more hopeful future.
Whether the change in your life was thrust upon you, or whether the change is something you are seeking, such as a move, a new job, or another life change you desire, I would love to work with you to help you thrive through change toward a future you will be excited to live.
Committing to a healthier lifestyle is just that – a commitment. It’s a big one that will take a lot a dedication. My commitment is to provide you with accountability, understanding and support.
